Prolonged exposure to this journal may cause the reader to undergo some very unusual side effects such as;

a.) Acquiring the strange need to run in circles,

b.) Developing weird cravings for inedible items, and

c.) Will...err...I mean...may drive you to insanity.

This may not be a problem for the reader, however, if they have searched far and wide for a device that will infect them with the long sought after "Band Geek Approved," viral strand.

To those whom are not strange and fall victim to the "reality," of...err...reality television or reality in general, this journal will take you on a wild ride like you've never been on before.

That said; take a deep breath before reading my journal and look before your leap for you will certainly be hurled into a delusional world of insanity without option of parole if you do not.

You may be forced to stay in this delusional world unless you are, in fact, insane yourself which will cancel the effect all together. In this case, there may be a slight possibility that you will survive...err...I mean...escape the reading of this journal.

This noted I must go one step further and advise you to stop reading this creative writing journal before you become as insane or possibly exceed the insanity level of yours truly. You're not going to stop reading this, are you?

I warn you; this will be a terribly uncomfortable and strange experience for those who do not come prepared for the most insane of situations. Still continuing on, are we? Then I suppose there is no stopping you...but keep in mind that you were warned.

Enter at your own risk; for the story begins and is lived the first moment you discover this journal. There is no turning back; once destiny is set in motion you cannot reverse it so take this creative adventure in small strides and keep a sharp wit about you for there is no telling where your imagination may lead you if you do not use your most educated discretion.
